2. After the name is approved, we will contact you to let you know but if the name is rejected then we will ask for the second option to resubmit for an additional (1-2 working days).
3. If the name is approved, we will use your provided information to prepare the forms for Secretary, Director, Shareholder, Controller, Constitution, and Beneficiary.
4. We will send you the forms to sign and send back.
5. Once all forms are signed, we will submit to CIPA for incorporation.
6. After CIPA incorporates the company, we will prepare your bank documents and send you all final documents in PDF format so you can open your company bank account at your nearest bank branch.
7. The whole process should be completed within a period of 5 working days (if the application is not returned or name rejected).
